Plans from your provider

If your workspace comes from a service provider, this is how their plan grid, subscribing, and managing your subscription work.

Your workspace was provisioned by a service provider, so your plan comes from them rather than from a public price list. What you see on the billing page depends on how they bill you.

Where your plan comes from

If your provider takes payment through their own payment account, your billing page shows their plan grid — the plans they publish, at the prices they set — and you subscribe and manage it yourself.

If they bill you another way (an invoice, a bank transfer, or as part of a wider retainer), you see a managed by your provider notice instead. Nothing on the billing page is actionable then, and billing questions go to them.

Subscribing

Pick a plan and continue to checkout. Payment is taken by your provider, on their own payment account.

You can only hold one subscription at a time. If you already have an active subscription — or one where a payment is being retried — a second checkout is refused and you are pointed at Manage subscription instead. Changing plans is something you do there, not by subscribing again.

Managing your subscription

Manage subscription opens your provider's customer portal for your subscription, where you can change plan, update the card on file, or cancel.

What a payment changes

When an invoice is paid, your workspace updates to that plan: its limits — how many chatbots, team seats, and knowledge sources you get, and whether API access is on — and the plan's AI credits, added to your workspace's balance. An annual payment is a prepay: the credits arrive month by month on each monthly anniversary, not as the whole year up front.

If you change plan mid-cycle, the new limits apply straight away and your credits are topped up to the new plan's allowance for the period, counting what you were already granted this cycle. Moving to a smaller plan never takes credits back — future grants are simply smaller.

Plan credit does not carry over: each renewal clears the previous month's unspent plan credit before granting the new month. Purchased top-up packs are never cleared this way.

Cancelling returns your workspace to its underlying limits, but credits you have already paid for stay yours.
