Reseller overview

The white-label model — one reseller organisation, a pooled credit balance, seat-limited client workspaces, and your brand throughout.

Reseller and agency accounts only

Reselling turns evoriqa into your own product. You subscribe to a reseller plan, provision a workspace per client, brand everything, and draw all of your clients' AI usage from one shared credit pool.

The model

  • A reseller plan is a flat subscription. Each paid invoice grants that

tier's pooled credits and sets your client-seat allowance. Annual grants the year up front.

  • You provision a client workspace per customer, white-label it, and

allocate credits from the pool. Allocating debits the pool and switches credit metering on for that client.

  • You set the client's price and hold the relationship. evoriqa stays invisible.

Seats

Client seats count resold clients only. Your own primary workspace never consumes a seat and never appears in the client list — its own plan and credits live on the ordinary billing page.

Without an active reseller plan you have zero client seats and no pool: you must subscribe before provisioning anyone. Tiers differ in pooled credits, seat count, and an org-wide knowledge-source ceiling; the top tier carries unlimited seats. See the pricing page for current tiers and figures.

Who can manage it

The organisation owner only. A reseller's clients get portal features and never see branding, custom domains, or reseller billing — the model is single tier, so a client cannot resell in turn.

What your client experiences

  • A portal that is entirely your brand.
  • No billing tab — you own the commercial relationship. Their checkout and

portal routes are refused with "Billing is managed by your provider."

  • No platform support — support requests and live chat are refused with

"Support is provided by your service provider." They come to you.

  • A usage view funded by your allocation rather than a plan-sized allowance.
