Support requests
Open a request from inside the dashboard, attach what you are looking at, and follow the thread through to resolution without leaving the app.
When you need us, you do not have to go hunting for an address. Every workspace has a Support section in the dashboard: open a request, attach what you are looking at, and follow the whole thread in one place.
Workspaces provisioned by a service provider do not see this section — their provider owns the support relationship and is the right place to ask.
Opening a request
New request takes:
- a subject,
- a category — billing, technical, account, or other,
- a priority — normal or urgent,
- a message up to 10,000 characters,
- and up to 5 attachments, each up to 10 MB.
Attachments can be images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF), PDF, DOC/DOCX or TXT. Every upload is malware-scanned and byte-sniffed: the file's actual contents have to match its extension, and the stored type comes from what the bytes say rather than what the browser claimed.
Following the thread
The request list is searchable, filterable by status, and paginated. Open one and the thread updates live as replies land.
The reply composer reopens a resolved request. A closed one is read-only — open a new request instead of replying to it.
Statuses
open → awaiting_reply → resolved → closedAwaiting reply means we have answered and it is with you. Replying to a resolved request reopens it. A resolved request that nobody touches auto-closes after 7 days.
Notifications
You are emailed when we reply, with a link straight to the thread — skipped while your tab is actively sitting on that thread, since you are already reading it. You also get a row in the notification bell, plus the toast, chime and desktop alerts you have already opted into for conversations.
